I recently noticed that people were searching the internet looking for answers to questions so I thought I might address some of them in my own words:

 

Does Exit Realty really pay 10% of the gross commission of the agents you sponsor?

 

Yes, absolutely they do and it is paid by the head office not your broker.  You earn 10% off the top of any commissions earned by agents you sponsor regardless of which office they work for.  When you sponsor an agent you are issued an Exit Success Card which is a debit card issued by a bank.  It is basically a VISA card that gets loaded with your residual income from those agents you sponsor.

 

How do I know when those agents get deals?

 

Exit uses a program called ExitTrac which allows you to see all of the listings of those agents you sponsor.  It shows pending deals, listings and sales.  It also shows your listing inventory your sales and the funds you paid into Exit.
